After rereading SKU Vol 2 No 4 I noted on page 11 that a Skinner family in England claimed they were of Danish descent. My mother in law, Mary Maple Skinner who died in her 90's, always told my husband they came from the Danes!

Dolorose (Skinner) Legutki has received three commendations from customers of Centel Telephone System of Park Ridge, IL where she works. On one she assisted a customer in placing a call to England and the customer indicated that she speaks clear and is very pleasant and polite. She also was helpful for a customer who needed connection with Northwest Community Hospital and finally a special customer case where a woman was cut off in trying to reach her husband who was camping. The woman was very worried and even started to cry. Dolorose calmed her and finally called her back later to see if everything was all right.
