VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

As a result of a suggestion by Sande Skinner (IL), I'm looking for people who are interested in pursuing information on "Skinner stuff. As it stands right now, when I get some info on a Skinner related article, i.e., Skinner Silk, Skinner towns, interesting Skinner people, Skinner etc., I get a letter off and try to track down more information to share in the Update. However, as time goes on I find myself taking on more and more and more in Skinner etc. and being able to devote less and less time to the Skinner Data Bank. I personally feel that every Skinner related thing is of importance to everyone, and one thing shouldn't be pushed aside for another.

So... if there's something you'd like to be in charge of getting more information on to become an expert in - let me know. We can each have our 'assignment' to be shared in the Update. These assignments may also be places where you'd like to concentrate your Skinner search. For instance, if you'd like to take a state, county, city, or even country (how many Skinners could there be in Nairobi) and track down Skinners there, you may do so. Remember, we're all in this together and believe me, I certainly would not object to sharing the work! Besides, we need something to keep us busy while waiting for our breakthroughs!

This, of course, would be done at your own pace and when you have something to share, you could send it in for publication in the Update. Also, you would be listed in my file as `the one to write' if someone was looking for specific information on an "etc."

If it's something that I've already started investigation on, I'll share what I have with you currently so that you can 'take it from there,' rather than repeating work.

Thanks for your help! -Gregg
