!Š..Skinner, Todd (09/2001) William Lewis Skinner, born January 28, 1886 in DeWitt, Saline County, Nebraska; died March 12, 1967 in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. He was the son of 2. John Henry Skinner and 3. Anna Maria Morgan. He married (1) Hazel Belle Willcuts February 22, 1913 in South Dakota- Performed by U.S.Crowder, Pastor Methodist Church.. She was born September 08, 1894 in Clemens, Marshall County, Iowa, and died August 15, 1966 in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. She was the daughter of William Ozra Willcuts and Ida Beeson. Notes for William Lewis Skinner: William and Hazel came out to Washington State in 1925 or 1926. They and their three children drove out from Nebraska in an old Ford. according to Harvey Skinner lived at 2704 california Ave. Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. Used a cigarette holder while smoking because President Franklin D. Roosevelt did. I remember when visiting him and Hazel as a child that he always sat away from the rest of us smoking and keeping to himself. We kids amused ourselves playing dominos. Info from Todd Skinner. William was broken hearted after his wife Hazel died of breast cancer. At his death he was found by his son Marion.
