He made his home with Lemuel & Lucinda Burch Skinner until his death. This must have been the one in the Northern army. LGH Loudoun co, VA marriages Washington Williams m. Aug 29, 1837 Sarah E Skinner - Bondsmen - G Washington Williams and Peter Skinner. James Thomas test grooms age.
