1787, Nov. 17. Tax List. Enoch Skinner, County of Franklin, 100 acres (vol. 25). 1792, Nov. 30. County of Bedford, Enoch Skinner, 60 acres and 200 acres (vol. 25). From Bedford County, Penn., land deeds.
1792, Dec. 8. Ind. bet. John Skinner and Bedford Co., yeoman, 1st part, and Enoch Skinner son of said John, 2nd part for love, etc. the said John hereunto moving granted Messuage, etc., land on top of Sideling Hill know by the name of "Dry Camp" in said County. *** containing 165 acres and 154 perches. Being the same land granted to John Skinner Aug. 16, 1791 by Patent. John reserved for his own use rents, profits, etc., during his natural life or until such time as he shall think fit to deliver the same. When John Delivers then Enoch shall pay L18 yearly in Gold or Silver. Witness. Isabel Skinner; recorded May 25, 1793 (bk. D p. 61).
