E94.0809.07e Logan, Donna (4/91) family history 12109-A Old Frederick Rd, Thurmont, MD 21788: On March 5, 1838, Cornelius Lanning bought NE 1/4 NW 1/4 & NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec 6, T14, R15 Saltilick twp, Perry co, OH, from Ezekiel Rush and his wife Elizabeth Rush, who were both cousins of Agnes. About 1843 they moved from Ohio to a farm about 1 1/2 miles west of Ripley, IL. Some later generations spelled their name Laning.
