A funeral for Hazel Edna Monroe of Bellingham will be at 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday at Jones-Moles Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James
Sanford officiating. Burial will be in Finley Sunset Hills Memorial Park
in Portland, Ore.
Mrs. Monroe died Sunday, Jan. 29, 1995, in Bellingham. She was 94.
Born April 19, 1900, to George Edward and Vina Ann Galloway Skinner
in Lebanon, Ore., she was the daughter of Oregon Trail pioneers.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ona Clyde Senger, in
1937 and by her second husband, Ralph D. Monroe, in May 1977.
Survivors include son Clyde M. Senger of Bellingham; six grandchildren;
and eight great-grandchildren.
