March or November 11, 1890) was the second son of S. B. and Emma Catherine (Graeff) Skinner. His older brother was Raymond Skinner (b. December 3, 1886). His younger brother and sisters were George S. (b. July 27, 1892), Emma Catherine (b. February 2, 1895), and Etta (L or S)uella (b. January 27, 1899). The brothers were born in Washington, Kansas, Emma in Humansville, Missouri, and Etta in Harrisonville, Missouri. (Source: Skinner Family Bible) I have received a letter from Donald R. Wolfe of Brownsburg, Indiana. He traced his ancestry back to Wolfes, Coffeys, and Shockleys in Tennessee. He is related to the Skinner through the marriage of Frona Coffey to Howard Isaac Skinner.
