According to the book, The History of Malden, Massachusetts 1633-1785, by Deloraine Pendre COREY, copyright 1898, page 600, is factual information that Maryıs father was William GODDEN, also spelled GOODEN and later GOODWIN. This information is documented by Middlesex County Court Files, 1666, xv.4, and Middlesex Probate files.
