Beginning at Gideon SKINNER's land and running East 30 deg. North 31 1/2 rods to a white oak tree and stones to it then East 40 deg. North 93 rods to a Beach tree with stones to it then West 40 deg. North 20 rods and 4 feet then west 40 deg. South 93 rods then west 30 deg. South to ye Highway and Land westerly on Daniel MORRIS land. (vol 3, p 469)
