!.....I found a reference to an Aaron, who was the father of a Jared, who was born Nov 18, 1751, in Colchester CT and went early to Shelburne MA where he held numerous town offices (plus descendants). See Natalie R. Fernald, "John Skinner and Some of His Descendants," The Genealogical Exchange, VI/8 (December 1909), 64, who cites the "history of Waitsfield, Vermont." This Aaron could be your Deacon Aaron, husband of Eunice Taintor and father of Kings Co Charles (and Jared).
