E89.0726.09 Skinner, M R "Hale" House excerpt: John Talcott, a pewterer, of Braintree, Essex [England], died in 1604 (will dated 30 Sept 1604, proved 24 Jan 1604/5); married Anne Skinner, who died at Felsted, Essex, in 1637 (will Jan. 1636/7, proved 25 May 1637), daughter of William and Margery Skinner... John Talcott's will named his young children, John, Rachel, Anne, Mary, and Sarah; their grandfather Skinner's will named only John, Rachel, and Sarah in 1616, and these three only were named in the will of their stepfather in 1623 and in that of their mother in 1637.
