Since no SKINNER was taxed there in 1719, this probably represents the SKINNER household (unless they were still in Calvert County). Robert SKINNER was a vestryman of St. Paulšs Parish in 1733 (Hienton, PG Heritage, p. 62]. Mackall SKINNER was a vestryman of St. Paulšs Parish, PG Co, 1750 and 1751 [BB:662, 695].
