!E93.0720.04-07 SKU 10(4):78 Trabue, James 5720 N Belt W Ste 34-118, Bellville, IL 62223: He was still a minor in 1685 when his father's will was made. In Feb 1710, he executed a will which was probated 18 Feb 1714. He bequeathed his dwelling plantation and an adjoining tract of land called "Skinner's Chance" to his daughter, Ann, provided she attained the age of twenty-one. In the event of her death before tha age of 21, the property was to go to his younger brother, Adderton Skinner. He also conveyed all his rights in "The reserve: to Adderton Skinner as well as his "appothicaries scales & weights together with one Box of Chirgurgeons (pocket?) instruments; my London Dispensitory, Dorum Medicum together with severall other Books of the Practice of Art of Physick..." The remainder of his estate was bequeathed to his wife, Anne, who was also appointed Executrix.
