The Samuel Skinner - Mary Rush family migrated from PA to Perry co, OH and lived adjacent to Nathan, WIlliam & Isaiah Rush & Samuel Clayton families. The descendants of these families carry the tradition that there was one or more sisters in addition to Phebe Clayton.
